Culver City, 17 October, 2013: SPT Networks’ latest original commission, Crossing Lines, has launched across its channel portfolio with strong ratings, triple digit growth in slot averages and beating channel benchmarks in every region. The cross border European crime series has premiered on SPT channels AXN and Sony Entertainment Television in Brazil, Spain, Portugal, Russia & CIS, Central Europe, Korea, India and Japan.
Year to date slot averages have been significantly lifted by Crossing Lines across SPT’s channels in countries such as Romania (+149%), Hungary (+104%), India (+16%), Spain (+136%), Brazil (+154%) and Korea (+186%). In Spain, Crossing Lines was up triple-digits against a year ago and ranked among AXN’s top ten series premieres since 2004. In Poland the drama rated as one of AXN’s top three series premieres in three years. In Korea the show doubled the time period’s average audience while in Brazil it beat year on year ratings by more than 200%. 
SPT has committed to a second order of Crossing Lines as well as a second season of original series commission, Hannibal.

Created by Edward Allen Bernero, (Criminal Minds, Third Watch), Crossing Lines taps into the charter of the International Criminal Court (ICC) to mandate a special crime unit, creating an organization functioning as a European FBI designed to investigate serialized crimes that cross over European borders. 
Crossing Lines is produced by Tandem Communications and Bernero Productions in co-production with TF1 and in association with SPT Networks.
