Ed Lammi is executive vice president, production for Sony Pictures Television (SPT) which he has held since 1995. In this role, Lammi has supervised SPT productions across all day-parts, including primetime comedies, dramas, reality and non-scripted programming, telefilms, game shows, talk shows as well as animated programming.

Lammi joined the studio in 1988 as vice president in charge of production of multi-camera videotaped series. He was later promoted to senior vice president before assuming his current role as head of the department.

Lammi is closely involved with current shows The Blacklist, The Goldbergs, The Night Shift, Outlander, and Unforgettable and also worked on Breaking Bad and Community.  In addition, Lammi is involved with the syndicated Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy!, The Dr. Oz Show and Shark Tank.

Prior to joining SPT, Lammi worked in a variety of production capacities such as production manager, associate producer, and producer, for various television series and feature films.

Lammi's work has been honored with a CineGolden Eagle, a Los Angeles-area Emmy Award, and a Cable ACE Award nomination.

A native of Pittsburgh, PA., Lammi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Penn State University, where he began his television career at the school's Public Broadcasting affiliate WPSX-TV.
