T.C. Schultz serves as executive vice president & managing director, networks, Latin America & Brazil for Sony Pictures Television (SPT). Based at SPT's Latin American headquarters in Miami, Schultz' current responsibilities include oversight of all SPT networks operations across the region including owned and operated channels AXN and Canal Sony as well as digital streaming service Crackle. Additionally, Schultz oversees advertising sales in the region for all of SPT's linear and digital networks.
Most recently, Schultz was executive vice president and managing director, Latin America. Schultz was previously based at SPT's worldwide headquarters in Culver City, California where he had been senior vice president, international networks, since 2000. In that position, Schultz was primarily responsible for overseeing the group's Latin American operations, including SPT's three cable and satellite networks, AXN, SET and Animax, as well as SPT's investments in HBO Ole/Cinemax, HBO Brasil/Cinemax and E! Entertainment. Schultz was also responsible for global advertising sales for SPT's international networks group. SPT's Miami-based advertising sales company, with offices in Mexico, Brazil and Panama, also reported to Schultz.
Schultz joined SPT from SBS Broadcasting, SA, where he was executive vice president and helped build the company from its infancy into one of Europe's leading broadcasting companies. He also held positions at Hearst Broadcasting's WBAL-TV and Katz Television.
